This is a view looking southwards towards Earthport City, at the base of the Tower. The ancient ruined highway called Alpha Ralpha Boulevard begins off to the right of this scene. By hiking up the boulevard, it is possible to visit a long-obsolete computer known as the Abba-dingo, located part of the way up Earthport Tower. The Abba-dingo is regarded as a god by the underpeople and humans occasionally seek it out as an oracle.
