The shore in this scene was close to two of our fjord-side collecting sites we referred to as Tunuliarfik and Tugtup Agtakorfia. In this area the complex is easily accessible by boat but getting around on land is difficult due to the extremely rocky landscape.

We actually spent one night without camping gear on slopes near where this picture was taken. The fact that it was cold enough for large icebergs and there we were sleeping on the ground with only our black tarps to wrap up in now seems crazy. But we did it. I took this picture as we passed by on our way home to help illustrate the rugged terrain of the area.
