Entry, Descent and Landing of a Multi-Scout Lander

After being slowed down by the parachute a balloon will carry the lander inside inflated airbags to a safe distance from the surface. This lander is heading to an area within the Gorgonum Chasma to investigate what appears to be water gullies on the canyon sides. Ganges Chasma is part of the enormous Valles Marineris.
