I created the Psyche Discovery Program Step 1 Proposal Scene

I created this image for the Psyche Discovery Mission Concept Development Team in 2013. It was included in the Psyche Step 1 proposal submitted to the NASA Discovery Program. 28 proposals were considered and 5 were selected for further study in Step 2. Psyche was one of the 5 selected on September 30, 2015. On January 4, 2017 the Psyche mission was selected for NASA's Discovery 14 mission.
